This made-by-order system requires a handling time of 1-5 business days to give us time to craft your custom product and send them out.
Domestic Shipping Policy

We ship USPS flat rate and USPS Priority depending on the size of your products
Free domestic shipping within the USA
If your order weighs less than 13 oz it is sent USPS First Class™ Priority USPS Shipping with an estimated arrival time of (1-3) business days.
If your order weights 13oz + your item will be shipped USPS Priority with an estimated arrival time of (2-3) business days

Once your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation to whichever email you placed the order under. This will contain the tracking number. Return & Exchange Policy
​Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days of purchase. You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return. Items must be unopened and unused. Once the item(s) and the original receipt are returned you will be issued a full refund which takes 10-14 business days processing time. If you are still wanting to return your unopened product and it is within 14 days of receiving it, please see our Returns Process below.
No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us.

Damages and Returns Process
1) Email us at renewyoubodybutters@yahoo.com ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 14-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.
2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to renewyoubodybutters@yahoo.com so we can keep an eye out for it.
3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s in an acceptable condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 10-14 days for the refund to post to your statement.
